Where to book a hotel for WTM London, ITB Berlin, ILTM and the other big travel trade shows

Organisers of the large travel trade shows each publish a travel page, and most of them name a partner for hotel bookings. That page changes between editions, so it is the one to check first. This is what each organiser named when we read their pages on 25 September 2026.

Which nights to book

Arriving the day before the show opens means the first morning starts on the floor rather than at an airport, and leaving the day after it closes keeps the last afternoon’s meetings. Opening hours matter here: WTM London closes at 17:00 on its last day and IBTM World at 17:00 on its Thursday, so an evening flight home that day is possible, where it would not be on the other days.

Stay near the line, not only the venue

The rooms closest to a venue are rarely the only sensible ones. What matters is how many changes it takes to reach the hall:

• WTM London: ExCeL is on the DLR (Prince Regent serves the East Entrance), and the organiser calls the Elizabeth line the quickest route from central London.
• IMEX Frankfurt: Messe Frankfurt is a few hundred metres from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof — around 10 minutes on foot.
• IBTM World: the L9 metro runs from Barcelona airport’s Terminal 1 to Fira Gran Via in 19 minutes.
• ITB Berlin: the S-Bahn ring (S41/S42) and the S3, S5, S7 and S9 serve the grounds, with Messe Süd and Westkreuz the stations ITB suggests.
• Arabian Travel Market: the World Trade Centre Metro Station gives direct access to the venue.
